Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Agreement
By purchasing a membership with GJ Ventures LLC a Nevada Limited Liability Company, doing business as Vegas Badminton Academy, members agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set forth in this Agreement.
Memberships grant access to designated sessions, lessons, courts and services based on the selected plan.
Membership Tiers & Benefits
Vegas Badminton Academy offers multiple membership tiers, each with distinct benefits, access levels, and limitations. By purchasing a membership, the Member agrees to the terms associated with their selected membership tier.
Vegas Badminton Academy reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, and structure at its sole discretion.
Founding Membership
Founding Members shall retain their original membership rate for life, provided their membership remains continuously active and renewed without interruption on an annual basis.
Any lapse, cancellation, or failure to renew will result in forfeiture of the founding rate, and any future membership will be subject to the then-current market rate.
Facility access with an active membership.

Recognition on the Academy’s “Founders Wall”.
May bring up to three (3) paid guests per court booking.
Participation in up to two (2) club play sessions per week.
Eligibility to enroll in the Vegas Badminton Academy Training Program.

Access to booking schedule seven (7) days in advance.
Participation in the Club Ladder.
Premium Membership
Minimum three (3) month commitment.
Facility access with an active membership.
May bring up to three (3) paid guests per court booking.
Participation in up to two (2) club play sessions per week.

Basic Membership

Student Athlete Membership
Minimum three (3) month commitment.
Available to individuals ages 18–25 with a valid government-issued ID and proof of current enrollment.
Facility access with an active membership.
May bring up to one (1) paid guest per court booking.
Access to booking schedule three (3) days in advance.
Eligibility to enroll in the Vegas Badminton Academy Training Program.
Participation in the Club Ladder.
The Academy reserves the right to request updated verification at any time.
Youth Family Add-On Membership
Available to individuals ages 6–18 with proof of relationship to the sponsoring Member.
Facility access with an active membership.
Access to booking schedule three (3) days in advance.
Eligibility to enroll in the Vegas Badminton Academy Training Program.
Payment Terms & No Refund Policy
All membership fees must be paid in full.
Memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to business interruption, operational changes, or permanent closure of Vegas Badminton Academy.
The members acknowledge and accept that circumstances beyond Vegas Badminton Academy’s control may impact operations, and agree that no refunds, credits, or reimbursements shall be issued in such events.
Membership Activation
All pre-purchased memberships activate on the official opening date.
Memberships purchased after the official opening activate on the day or purchase.
Pre-sale membership may experience delays due to construction, permitting, or unforeseen circumstances.
No compensation is provided for delays.
Facility Access and Usage
Vegas Badminton Academy operates as a MEMBERS-ONLY facility. Access to courts, programs, and services is limited to active Members in good standing.
Members with active memberships are allowed access to the facility from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Members may bring guests in accordance with the privileges of their selected membership tier. All guests are subject to applicable guest fees per visit, regardless of frequency of attendance.
Members are required to list all participants associated with each booking when making their reservation. Each approved participant will be issued an individual access credential that is unique and non-transferable.
Access credentials for the playing area will be valid only for a limited time window, beginning fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled booking time and ending fifteen (15 minutes) after the conclusion of the booking.
The Member making the booking is fully responsible for all individuals included in the reservation.
Members are responsible for any damage to the facility, equipment, or property caused by themselves or any individuals included in their booking.
The Member agrees to reimburse Vegas Badminton Academy for any repair and replacement costs resulting from such damage.
Vegas Badminton Academy reserves the right to charge the Member’s payment method on file or pursue other remedies to recover such costs.
Only individuals with valid , active access credentials will be permitted to enter the facility and utilize the courts. Sharing, transferring or unauthorized use of access credentials is strictly prohibited.
Guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring Member at all times and must comply with all Vegas Badminton Academy rules, policies and liability requirements.
Children under the age of six (6) must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult. They must not engage in any behavior that disrupts play or interferes with other Members’ use of the facility. Repeated violations may result in restriction of access, suspension, or termination of membership privileges, at the sole discretion of Vegas Badminton Academy.
Court access is subject to availability and scheduling.
Court bookings are subject to availability and usage limits established by Vegas Badminton Academy. Members may reserve a maximum of two (2) consecutive hours per court per booking.
Members and their guests may only use courts that have been properly reserved under an active booking.
Use of unlit courts or courts that are not assigned to the Member’s reservation is strictly prohibited, regardless of availability and lighting status
Any unauthorized use of courts may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of membership privileges, at the sole discretion of Vegas Badminton Academy.
Members must cancel or modify bookings within the timeframes established by Vegas Badminton Academy.
Failure to cancel within the required timeframe or failure to attend a reserved booking (“no-show”) forfeits your payment and is non-refundable.
Vegas Badminton Academy reserves the right to define, modify, and enforce cancellation timeframes and associated penalties at its sole discretion.
Requests for extended bookings or group use beyond standard limits may be submitted to Vegas Badminton Academy for consideration. Approval of such requests shall be granted at the sole discretion of Vegas Badminton Academy and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Sessions, classes and court bookings may be modified or canceled at management’s discretion.
Vegas Badminton Academy reserves the right to deny entry, revoke access, or suspend membership privileges in the event of unauthorized access, misuse of credentials or violations of any VBA policies.
Youth Program Access & Supervision
Participants under the age of eighteen (18) are permitted access to the facility only during their scheduled program hours.
Supervision is provided solely during designated program times.
Vegas Badminton Academy shall not be responsible for participants before the start or after the conclusion of scheduled sessions.
Parents or guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pickup of participants.
Parents or guardians must remain reachable at all times during program hours.
Participants under eighteen (18) may not access the facility outside of supervised program times unless accompanied by a parent or authorized adult.
Participants must be picked up promptly at the conclusion of scheduled program hours.
A grace period of ten (10) minutes may be provided.
Repeated late pickups or delays beyond the grace period may result in additional fees, suspension of participation, or termination of program access, at the sole discretion of Vegas Badminton Academy.
Code of Conduct
Members shall:
Treat all Members, guests, coaches, and staff with respect and professionalism at all times.
Maintain proper sportsmanship and conduct during all activities.
Wear appropriate badminton attire, including non-marking shoes, while on the courts.
Follow all posted rules, safety guidelines, and Vegas Badminton Academy policies.
Comply with all instructions provided by Vegas Badminton Academy or its authorized representatives.
Use all facility equipment and property responsibly and for their intended purpose.
Ensure that all guests and individuals included in their booking adhere to Vegas Badminton Academy rules and policies.
Refrain from unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, including harassment or misconduct.
Refrain from any abusive language, intimidation or threatening behavior at all times.
Not engage in any unauthorized use of the facility, including sharing access credentials or allowing entry to unregistered individuals.
Not use speakers or any noise-generating devices in reception, waiting areas, or common spaces in a manner that disrupts others or interferes with play.
Use personal devices (including phones, tablets, laptops, or similar) only with headphones and in a manner that does not disrupt others.
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges, without refund.
Coaching & Training Policy
No unauthorized coaching, instruction, or training services may be provided by Members, guests, or third parties at any time.
Only individuals who have been formally approved and authorized by Vegas Badminton Academy may provide coaching or instructional services on the premises.
Coaching or instruction includes, but is not limited to, paid or unpaid lessons, structured training, or repeated guidance provided to other individuals.
Coaching programs are structured and must be followed as instructed.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from sessions.
Skill grouping is determined by the coaching staff.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
The Member acknowledges that participation in badminton and related activities involves inherent and obvious risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, collisions, slips and falls, equipment-related injuries, and other unforeseen hazards.
By entering the facility and participating in any activities, the Member knowingly and voluntarily assumes all such risks, both known and unknown, and affirms that they fully understand and appreciate the nature of these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted under Nevada law, the Member hereby releases, waives, and discharges GJ Ventures LLC, doing business as Vegas Badminton Academy, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to ordinary negligence in connection with the use of Vegas Badminton Academy’s facilities, programs, or services.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to waive or limit liability for gross negligence, reckless conduct, or willful misconduct, as such limitations are prohibited under applicable law.
The Member further acknowledges that Vegas Badminton Academy operates as a fully or partially automated facility, which may involve limited on-site supervision, and accepts any additional risks associated with such operations.
Vegas Badminton Academy shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Minor Participation & Parent/Guardian Waiver
For any participant under the age of eighteen (18) (“Minor”), a parent or legal guardian must complete all required registration and execute this Agreement on the Minor’s behalf prior to participation.
The parent or legal guardian acknowledges that the Minor’s participation in badminton and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, collisions, falls, and other unforeseen hazards.
On behalf of the Minor, and to the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, the parent or legal guardian assumes all risks associated with participation and agrees to release, waive, and discharge GJ Ventures LLC, doing business as Vegas Badminton Academy, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all liability for injuries, damage, losses, or claims arising from ordinary negligence.
The parent or legal guardian agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vegas Badminton Academy from any claims brought by or on behalf of the Minor arising out of participation in Vegas Badminton Academy activities or use of the facility.
The parent or legal guardian confirms that they are legally authorized to act on behalf of the Minor and that all provided information, including medical and emergency contact details, is accurate and complete.
Vegas Badminton Academy provides supervision only during designated program hours and shall not be responsible for the Minor before check-in or after the conclusion of scheduled activities.
The parent or legal guardian authorizes Vegas Badminton Academy to obtain emergency medical treatment for the Minor if necessary and agrees to be responsible for any associated costs.
Only individuals authorized by the parent or legal guardian may pick up the Minor from the facility.
Injury Freeze Policy
Members who are unable to participate due to injury may request a temporary membership freeze of up to 30 days.
A valid doctor’s note or medical documentation must be provided to support the request.
The freeze will begin on the date the request and documentation are submitted, not retroactively.
Only one-injury related freeze per membership term is permitted unless approved by management.
Membership access will be suspended during the approved freeze period and will not resume until the end of the freeze.
Members requiring a freeze exceeding thirty (30) days due to injury must provide a valid doctor’s note or licensed medical documentation and submit a request for additional accommodation, which shall be subject to the sole discretion of Vegas Badminton Academy.
No refunds or extensions beyond the freeze period will be provided.
Membership Suspension or Termination
Vegas Badminton Academy reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate memberships for policy violations
Deny access for unsafe or inappropriate behavior
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Video Surveillance & Monitoring
Vegas Badminton Academy utilizes video surveillance throughout the facility for safety, security, and operational purposes.
By entering the premises, Members and guests acknowledge and consent to being recorded in all monitored areas, including courts, common areas, and entry points.
Members and guests have no expectation of privacy in any monitored areas.
Surveillance footage may be reviewed, retained, and used for incident investigation, policy enforcement, and other legitimate business purposes, and may be shared with authorities if required.
Members will not be granted access to any surveillance footage.
Surveillance systems are not installed in restrooms or areas where privacy is legally protected.
Changes to Membership & Policies
Pricing, schedules, and policies may be updated at any time.
Members will be reasonably notified of significant changes.
Interpretation & Enforcement
Vegas Badminton Academy reserves the sole and absolute discretion to interpret and enforce all policies and provisions of this Agreement.
